The band tapers from the squared-bottom edges up to the top like a bowtie. The pinnacle is a solitaire Diamond set in an open bezel. The wider, squared-bottom shank adds to the comfort fit of the ring, insuring the ring is always upright on the finger. This design is also available as a semi-mount.
